SailaWave Actively Participates in the 46th Cannes Yachting Festival

Cannes, September 12 – 17, SailaWave – a leading provider of state-of-the-art onboard connectivity solutions, made a strong impression at the 46th Cannes Yachting Festival, Europe’s premier in-water boat show.

This year’s festival showcased an impressive display of nearly 700 boats, ranging from five to 50 meters in length, drawing over 50,000 visitors and featuring over 500 exhibitors at Port Canto and Vieux Port. Notably, a prevailing trend observed at the event was the growing demand for larger yachts, as evidenced by the increasing size and volume of new models. Interestingly, this shift towards larger vessels has also influenced builders in the smaller size segments, reflecting a market-wide change.

In response to these market trends, SailaWave actively engaged in highlighting exceptional solutions for superior onboard connectivity. Among the standout products was the SailaDome router, offering reliable 5G/4G network connectivity up to 40km from the coastline. Additionally, the SailaLite router provided coverage of up to 25km.

Furthermore, SailaWave’s innovative SailaJoint and SailaPoint devices demonstrated their capability by supporting up to 30 user devices each. By deploying a set comprising one SailaJoint and three SailaPoint devices, a total of 120 devices can enjoy seamless internet surfing, ensuring an unmatched user experience for medium to large-size yachts.

SailaWave’s active participation at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2023 underscores their commitment to providing cutting-edge connectivity solutions for the luxury yacht market. With a dedication to innovation and meeting evolving consumer needs, SailaWave continues to shape the future of onboard connectivity, setting new industry standards.
